  • Q: Do you provide shipping?
    A: Yes, we will provide the best shipping value to our customers. We have many options in regard to shipping. We can ship to your residence with a power tailgate to offload the freight, Ship to a commercial or industrial business, or have the pallet held at the nearest warehouse for you to pick up.
  • Q: How soon will I get my product?
    A: With product that we have in stock, once ordered we will generally have it ready for shipping in 1-3 days and once shipped it typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Custom orders generally take from 2-6 weeks for production and logistics. Depending on what and where we are shipping.
  • Q: Where are you located?
    A: Our office is located in Edmonton, AB. But we have many shipping depots across Canada.
  • Q. How tough is a door to install?
    A. Landmark Door and Storage Solution saves you time by providing your door with the latch, brackets and tensioner already in place. With the door, you simply snap the brackets into the rails and the door is ready to stand. Comprehensive installation instructions are shipped with every door. Furthermore, an installation video is available on our website to show you just how easy it is to install. It usually takes us about 20 minutes, but customers have been saying they take 2 people 40 minutes to install. For safety reasons, it’s best that two people do the install.
  • Q. Where do you ship?
    A. We are currently shipping to most cities in Canada. The best option is a door-to-door business delivery or pickup at the truck depot.

  • Q. Are the doors secure?
    A. Compared to conventional garage doors and wood solutions, powder-coated galvanized steel offers a sturdy and heavy-duty barrier that is very difficult to penetrate.
  • Q. Does the door come in other colours besides the “Gloss white”?
    A. Now offering Black Roll-Up Doors In-Stock 4’x7’, 5’x7’, 6’x7’, 7’x7’, 8’x8’, and 10’x10’. Custom orders in bigger sizes are also available. Please ask for a custom quote
  • Q. How are the doors shipped?
    A. We make our own custom pallets/crates that allow the door to be shipped safely and securely. We wrap each door and the hardware so that it securely fits onto a pallet.
  • Q. How much does shipping cost?
    A. That depends on where you are located, and what type of delivery location it is. Shipping to residences tend to cost more than shipping to a business with a forklift to unload product. The average shipping cost to a commercial location in most major cities is from $100-175. The average shipping cost to a residence in most major cities is from $175-$250.
  • Q. How long do the doors last?
    A. We also have a 500+ unit mini storage facility for over 25 years. Of the hundreds and hundreds of doors sold, we have literally not had one issue after installation. Since we use them in our 500 storage units, we like to think that we know these doors in and out and we’ve experienced little to no issues in 25 years. The doors have precision springs that should last over 25,000 cycles.
  • Q. Can I lock my Roll-Up Door?
    A. Of course. Each door comes with a heavy-duty steel sliding lock system. Just add a heavy-duty deadbolt (or two) and you are set. Bottom Kick Latches are also available. We also sell Disc Locks for $9.95
  • Q. What will I need to install?

  • Q. What WARRANTY do you offer on your doors?
    A. Our roll-up doors and their components are warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship and material for THREE YEARS. Our paint warranty offers a FORTY-YEAR film integrity and a TWENTY-FIVE YEAR no fade policy. Other provisions apply.
